Who We Are
For nearly 100 years, we have been a mechanical contractor, Andy J. Egan Co., Inc., known for our innovative application of construction technology. But until recently, we managed our employees the same way most businesses do: by pen and paper, white board, post-it notes and spreadsheets. As our company grew, so did the time our HR department spent assigning employees to projects, ensuring they had the right requirements for the job, and notifying them and their project teams when they moved to a different job site. We created JobPointe as a custom solution to this inefficient paper shuffle, and now we’re making it available to other businesses.
